Airboarding was created by a gentleman by the name of Joe Steiner of Switzerland. After being hurt snowboarding, Joe still wanted to ride the Swiss Alps he had been shredding for years on his snowboard. After ten years of experimentation, he introduced the world’s first snow bodyboard and redefined sledding.
Not like your average sled, the Airboard can actually carve turns down a slope. With molded runners on the bottom curve, one can actually learn to drive these boards by shifting bodyweight. The faster you go; the better control you will have. |
